Charles Milles Manson was a famous American criminal and musician, known for directing what is known as "The Manson Family" a group of followers of Manson. In 1971, he was convicted of conspiracy to murder seven people: all carried out by group members, who followed Manson's instructions. His followers kill different people at other times.
Manson believed in what he called the same "Helter Skelter", a term borrowed from the song Helter Skelter by the band The Beatles. Manson interpreted that the song speaks of a hypothetical racial war between blacks and targets that, according to him, approached.
